Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grailry app and services (the “Service”) provided by Grailry. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may use a guest account, but some features require a registered account.

3. Valuations are estimates, not appraisals

Grailry shows market reference values derived from third-party pricing sources. These are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of resale value, and actual sale prices vary. Do not rely on them for insurance, tax, or investment decisions without independent professional verification. Grailry is not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed values.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

• Grailry Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Scan packs are one-time purchases. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• The free tier includes a limited number of scans per month; Plus removes the scan cap and unlocks live portfolio repricing and price-drop alerts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or images you do not have the right to use.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others in chat or community features.
• Attempt to bypass scan limits, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or circumvent security or payment controls.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We provide tools to report and block abusive users; reports are reviewed by our team.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as card photos and notes). You grant Grailry a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (including AI identification and, if you opt in, public vault sharing).

7. Intellectual property

The Grailry app, branding, and software are owned by Grailry. Card names, images, and game trademarks belong to their respective owners; Grailry is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game publisher.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of card identification or pricing, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grailry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or value of collectibles, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
